Investigation Oversight

Your investigation. Expert oversight.

An internal investigation may be entirely appropriate. But when the matter is complex, or the person conducting it has limited investigation experience, it can be difficult to know whether the process is staying focused, fair and properly supported by the evidence.

Investigation Oversight gives your internal investigator access to independent expertise throughout the process.

What you can expect

Your organisation remains responsible for conducting the investigation, making findings and preparing the report.

I provide review and guidance at agreed stages. This may include the investigation plan, scope, allegations, interview approach, evidence analysis, draft findings and written report.

The purpose is not to take over the investigation. It is to identify problems early, strengthen the quality of the work and help the investigator make decisions they can clearly explain.
