About Amy Weber

I am a trauma-informed, licensed private investigator with experience across workplace, civil and criminal investigations. I conduct investigations for organisations of all sizes, including family-owned businesses, ASX-listed companies and government agencies. I work on complex and sensitive matters involving fraud, sexual harassment, bullying, whistleblower disclosures, reportable conduct and safeguarding concerns.

My background combines extensive experience in Human Resource Management across large, complex organisations with formal investigative qualifications. This means I understand both the legal and procedural requirements of a defensible investigation and the practical realities of how workplace matters actually unfold.

I am trained to unpick competing accounts and test the evidence to make clear findings based on facts. I am experienced in interviewing vulnerable people, assessing credibility and conducting investigations within a framework of procedural fairness. I bring a strong working knowledge of employment law and deliver outcomes that are capable of withstanding scrutiny. Every participant is treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their role in the matter or the findings ultimately made.
