Independent Workplace Investigations

FACT FINDING. EVIDENCE. CLARITY.

When a workplace complaint is serious, sensitive or contested, it needs to be handled by someone who is independent of the organisation and removed from the personalities and politics surrounding the matter.

I conduct workplace investigations from beginning to end. Depending on what is required, this may include clarifying the scope, drafting allegations, interviewing participants, reviewing documents and other evidence, assessing credibility, making findings and preparing a clear written report.

What you can expect

You deal directly with me throughout the investigation.

I keep the process focused, fair and proportionate to the matter. I do not begin with a preferred outcome, and I do not make assumptions based on personalities, workplace politics or who speaks the loudest. I follow the evidence.

The result is a properly documented investigation, clear findings and a report the organisation can understand and act on.
